This site offers independently produced films and video in both Pay Per View and in some cases on DVD. Any of the content contained within any film, or video is that of the filmmaker, or producer and does not represent the views of The Filmmakers Channel, should not be taken as advice and used for informational purposes only.

By using this website you agree and accept the following terms and conditions and notices (we reserve the right to change, update and revise these terms of use at our sole discretion. Please check back often to review any updated terms).

1. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purposes.
2. Confidentiality and Trade Secrets: You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on this site, including but not limited to working, designs, colors and graphics are proprietary and protected by copyrights, trademarks and service marks. patents, or other proprietary rights and by other laws and that their use is restricted by the terms of this agreement. Use of the content or materials on this site for any purpose without written permission from The Filmmakers Channel is strictly prohibited. The only exception to this is for films that are adopted using the Adopt a Film program in which case you are bound by the specific terms of the “Adopt A Film” program.

Disclaimer: The Filmmakers Channel makes no warranties of any kind (either expressed, or implied) concerning the materials on the site.  Further, The Filmmakers Channel does not warrant that transmission of the material will not be interrupted nor does it warrant that the material will contain no errors, nor that thy will be accurate. The Filmmakers Channel does not warrant that the site itself or the server which transmits it will be free of viruses or anything else that might be harmful, nor do we warrant that any defects will be corrected. You alone assume all risk associated with the use of the site, including the full cost of any necessary repair or service to your computer. By using the site you waive any claim whatsoever against The Filmmakers Channel which arises from your use whether intended or not.  This waiver specifically includes any claim arising from a product and/or service you purchase from any site other then The Filmmakers Channel and any claim arising from security of information (including but not limited to credit card information) which you use on this site. In addition The Filmmakers Channel assumes no responsibility for any content which you find on sites that link either to or from the site. This includes responsibility for the accuracy or compliance with any laws and for viruses or other harmful things which may be contained in these site. Nor is The Filmmakers Channel responsible shoudl any site link you t o a site wh ich you find offensive. The Filmmakers channel does not endorse or warrant the quality of any goods you buy from any site other then this site.
4. You  understand that by entering your name and email address that you are agreeing to receive occasional free obligation emails. These emails are offered as a free service by The Filmmakers Channel, no purchase is necessary. If you have trouble subscribing or removing you may contact us at support@thefilmmakerschannel.com. By entering your name and email addresses, you agree to receive these and that you will make no threats and take no additional action against The Filmmakers Channel. In the event you are unhappy that you subscribed and you agree that the small inconvenience of receiving these emails will cause you no persona, emotional, or financial harm whatsoever. You agreed that you have opted in to receive emails by providing your first and email address on our site. If youi do not wish to receive our newsletter, simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email we send.

Notice about Testimonials: Testimonials are all true, reflect the opinions and experiences of real users of The Filmmakers Channel and are submitted to The Filmmakers Channel voluntarily by customers.  If you would like to submit a testimonial to The Filmmakers Channel you agree that it becomes the exclusive property of The Filmmakers Channel which includes the right to reproduce, edit (for length but not general cntent) and/or publish the testimonial which may include your name or initials and city, state country or residence. Some customers that have submitted testimonials may have received from The Filmmakers Channel a product or service as a “Thank You” for the time they invested to write or record their testimonial.
